 You need to make an account first, you need a working e-mail address and while making an account

you need to give a password, where there are upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special signs as # or % or ( and so on  and at least 12 characters long , and that e-mail address and the password you gave is best to write on paper before you start the process, and you need to keep the e-mail open while you are doing this, because ironrod.info will send an e-mail message to that e-mail address, where you have to click the confirmation link, and don´t close at any point the e-mail or the https://ironrod.info page, and when the web-browser asks do we save the new password I think you should say yes.

Self Hosted / External URL option:

You need to prepare the video beforehand with computer or camera or whatever, but it needs to be in .mp4 format.

And you need to choose a category for it and you have to browse the video file in the video section and upload it. And you have to in the "image" section browse and upload a small picture in png or jpg format , it can be a down scaled screen capture image of the video, down scale it to eg. about 170x97 px (pixel).

Also you should make the video resolution smaller so you will get a smaller filesize, about 200 Mb - 450 Mb size is ok, you should not try much bigger size.

An other way is to first upload the video to Youtube or Vimeo , and the to copy from there the share video link, use it by changing from below the way to upload to Youtube or Vimeo  accordingly, instead of the Self Hosted / External URL , that is used only if you upload a video directly to https://ironrod.info pages, at least on Youtube, you then don´t have to upload the small picture, because it chooses it directly from youtube.:
